What is the Phoenixpreventer?
The Phoenixpreventer is a high-grade stainless-steel solution, purpose-built for underground and multi-storey car parks, precisely at the designated spaces for electric vehicles. In the event of a fire, it is swiftly positioned between the floor and the burning vehicle. Its integrated water jet system directly floods the battery with extinguishing water, while simultaneously cooling the floor beneath.

Stage one ... this the Phoenixpreventer COMPACTmobile
The Phoenixpreventer COMPACTmobile is a wall-mounted preventer solution with a dual fire-extinguishing water connection. In the event of a fire, this preventer is manually positioned underneath the burning vehicle battery
and the extinguishing process is initiated by personnel.
The preventer is permanently connected to the building’s water supply and, after the fire brigade arrives, is additionally connected via a Storz coupling and the fire brigade’s hose system.
This preventer does not require a power supply and is positioned under the burning vehicle by manpower alone.

Stage two ... this the Phoenixpreventer PRIVATE.HOMEguard
The Phoenixpreventer PRIVATE.HOMEguard is a permanently floor-mounted fire suppression system installed at a charging point or passenger car parking space.
The PRIVATE.HOMEguard version independently detects a battery fire via an intelligent control component and automatically initiates the fire-supporting suppression process.
A state-of-the-art control unit combined with temperature monitoring systems enables 24/7 fire detection without the need for personnel. The permanent connection to the building’s water supply ensures continuous operational readiness in the event of a fire. In addition, the extinguishing water supply can be fed into the system by the fire brigade via the water supply interface.

The Phoenix Preventer is a pioneering safety system, engineered from premium stainless steel (grade 1.4404) and purpose-built for use in underground and multi-storey car parks at designated charging and parking bays for electric vehicles.
With a compact height of just 70 mm, it integrates seamlessly into existing structures while meeting the demanding load requirements of modern car parks.
In the event of a battery fire, the Phoenix Preventer becomes the decisive safeguard: positioned beneath the burning vehicle, its integrated water-jet system floods the battery directly with extinguishing water, while simultaneously cooling the surrounding concrete structure. This dual action swiftly reduces temperatures at the fire source, prevents damage to the car park’s structural integrity, and protects the crucial steel reinforcement within the concrete from heat exposure.
With its secure dual water connection – one to the building’s mains water supply and another for the fire brigade’s external hose system – the Phoenix Preventer guarantees maximum reliability in critical situations.
